Receptionist (32.5 hour week)
We have taken on a great opportunity for a bubbly and confident receptionist to join a well-regarded investment firm based in the City of London. Working alongside an additional receptionist, the successful candidate will join a small but close-knit team in supporting with front of house operations. With around 300 in their London offices, the firm have built an incredible culture focused on staff welfare and social opportunities.
THE ROLEThe main focus of the position will be traditional front of house duties, with the opportunity to bring ideas to the table and streamline processes.
- Providing a first-class customer service:
Meeting and greeting all guests, ensuring they have a positive experience - Management of meeting rooms, ensuring you are staying on top of presentation
- Assisting with tech and AV queries for meetings
- Answering enquiries
- Switchboard and inbox management
- Ordering and organising office supplies
- Liaising with the wider company
This opportunity is ideal for a candidate with strong organisation and interpersonal skills. As the successful receptionist you will be acting as the face of the firm, a bright and positive attitude is key.
