Overview

A new and exciting role has opened at a longstanding property investment firm for an organised and proactive Executive and Operations Assistant. This is a lynchpin position, supporting two C‑suite executives while also providing essential support across a close‑knit team. No two days are the same as the role blends Executive Assistant, Private PA, and operational responsibilities, offering variety and exposure across multiple areas of the business.

The Role

The successful candidate will act as the right hand to the founding directors, managing complex diaries, coordinating travel, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence. They will also play a central role in keeping the office running smoothly, handling day‑to‑day administration, systems support, and operational tasks. Beyond the office, the role encompasses managing key projects, overseeing residential investment and holiday let portfolios, and supporting the firm’s marketing and social media presence.

This position requires someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and can switch seamlessly between high‑level executive support and practical operational tasks.

Candidate Profile - Desirably:
  • Strong experience providing PA or EA support at a senior level, ideally supporting multiple executives
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise competing demands
  • Confident with IT systems, communication platforms, and quick to learn new tools
  • Experience coordinating travel, meetings, and events
  • Highly professional, discreet, and trustworthy
  • Adaptable, proactive, and solutions‑focused, able to work independently and collaboratively

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to step into a pivotal role within a respected property investment firm, making a real impact across both the executive team and wider business operations.
