The Opportunity
We are seeking an Administrator to support a growing and well-run maintenance contractor’s administration team delivering social housing maintenance projects in North and Northeast London. This is a permanent role based within walking distance of local transport hubs in friendly and busy office setting near Enfield.
Role Summary
ITS Property Maintenance is looking to appoint a reliable and organised Administrator to provide comprehensive office and project support to a busy maintenance team.
You will play a key part in keeping administrative processes running smoothly, ensuring information is recorded accurately, documentation is well maintained, and the team is supported in meeting project deadlines.
Project Background
ITS Property Maintenance is working in partnership with a client to deliver major social housing maintenance contracts
Key Duties
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing general administrative and clerical support
* Maintaining trackers, logs, and internal records
* Entering data accurately and within required time frames
* Responding to queries from team members and the client
* Preparing clear, professional documentation and correspondence
* Assisting the team in achieving deadlines and performance targets
* Organising and assisting with planning of work for our ops
* Answering and dealing with incoming calls
* Dealing with email enquiries
* Diary management
* Providing all aspects of administration support to the business
* Customer Service experience essential
* Updating Client Portal
* An active involvement in supporting the quality management system.
* Scanning paperwork, and updating inhouse system
Preferred Experience & Skills
* The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Confidence updating spreadsheets and handling data entry
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Clear verbal and written communication skills
Additional information
* 8-hour shift
* Monday to Friday
