Location: Greater London
Front Office Executive Assistant, 12 month FTC
Provide high‑quality assistance to the Global Equities business teams through coordination, execution and implementation of procedures, and serve as the Executive Assistant to allocated leaders.
Responsibilities- Facilitate booking of business travel, agendas and process expense claims, reports, and visa applications.
- Maintain RBC Contact and CRM relationship management system and assist staff as required.
- Provide administrative support: answering phones, reserving conference rooms, facilitating special printing and catering requirements, handling ad‑hoc requests.
- Assist with producing or enhancing correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Support desk moves, new joiners and team changes.
- Manage entertainment events and prepare appropriate request forms and client details.
- Book team annual holidays in ADP and report absences; support special project requests as needed.
- Experience of front office support.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Proven ability to communicate with varying levels of seniority.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational, attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise multiple administrative tasks in a high‑paced, stressful environment.
- Initiative, ability to function independently, unsupervised and work as a team player.
- Experience in a financial markets environment.
- Knowledge of the equities business.
