Executive Assistant - Music Industry experience

Permanent Executive Assistant – London Hybrid – up to £50k per annum.

High‑level support for the C‑Suite individuals within the music/creative industry. This role blends C‑suite PA duties with coordination of specialist industry advisory groups.

• Executive Support: Manage complex diaries, international travel, and expenses for senior leadership.
• Industry Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including high‑profile writers and industry partners.
• Committee Coordination: Lead administrative support for specialist groups including agenda setting and high‑level minute‑taking.
• Project Management: Conduct research and prepare formal papers for senior executive meetings and board‑level discussions.

• Executive Support: Proven experience as a PA/EA in a high‑volume, senior environment.

  Advanced MS Office (SharePoint, One Drive, Forms).
