Executive Assistant

A high performing Tech Investment company based in Shoreditch is seeking a bright, pro‑active and dynamic Executive Assistant to support their CEO and Founder in a true right hand 1:1 role, working alongside another fantastic EA . A multi‑faced, business and private, diverse position, in addition to the traditional EA duties you will get the opportunity to get involved in so much more.

Working with a small close‑knit team in an ever‑changing, fast‑paced environment that can often feel start‑up in nature, this position will suit a muck in individual who thrives working alongside bright, inspirational and entrepreneurial individuals.

We are looking ideally for someone with demonstrable C‑suite EA experience, ideally with some previous 1:1 experience supporting a CEO or Founder. A strong academic background as well as previous experience working in Boutique Finance, Investment, Private Equity is highly desirable. You will have exceptional attention to detail, thrive working at pace and managing ever‑changing priorities.
