Our client is looking for an experienced Facilities Officer - Facilities Management

Set up and maintain boardrooms to a consistently high standard

Helpdesk ticket support

Experience with CAFM systems is desirable

Conduct regular building inspections to ensure safety and operational readiness

Support fire alarm testing, monitoring, and incident escalation

Provide front-of-house reception cover when required

Demonstrate excellent punctuality, reliability, and time management

Maintain a professional, approachable, and customer-focused manner

Confidently engage with a broad range of stakeholders

Proactively support day-to-day facilities and office operations

Uphold a polished presentation and service-driven approach
