Location: Greater London

A globally recognised luxury fashion house is seeking an exceptionally polished and professional Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking recurring temporary work, as strong performers are often re‑engaged for future assignments.

Rate: £14 per hour

Contract: Temporary

This role is particularly well suited to actors, creatives, writers, part‑time professionals, or individuals balancing another career who can offer flexibility alongside a high standard of professionalism.

The Role

As the first point of contact for the business, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and refined front‑of‑house experience. Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a warm, professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and stakeholders
  • Managing a busy switchboard and directing calls efficiently and courteously
  • Organising incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Liaising with couriers and coordinating collections and drop‑offs
  • Booking, managing, and preparing meeting rooms as required
  • Handling ad hoc administrative queries and supporting the wider office as needed

Previous reception or front‑of‑house experience within a corporate, hospitality, or luxury setting is required.
