Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain project documentation in line with company standards.

* Ensure accurate filing and distribution of drawings, reports, and correspondence.

* Support site operations with administrative tasks and compliance requirements.

* Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth information flow.

Requirements:

* 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction sector, specifically fit-out projects.

* Strong knowledge of document control systems and site administration processes.

* Excellent organizational and communication skills.

* Ability to work 5 days per week on-site in Central London.
