Being disruptive is part of our DNA, we like to challenge ourselves creatively, test, take risks and listen to our audience to make sure we are constantly delivering the most original ideas, collections and services. We never sit still.

With a growing international audience and expanding operations, we are seeking an exceptionally organised Office Manager to oversee the smooth running of our work spaces and provide vital support to the founders and team.

Role Overview

The Office Manager will ensure the seamless running of our two sites: our Leonard Street head office and our Old Street atelier. This role covers facilities management, HR administration, team coordination, and logistical support for projects, as well as light PA duties for the founders. It is a central role, ensuring both studios run efficiently and creating an environment where the team can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day‑to‑day running of both the Leonard Street office and Old Street atelier.
  • Maintain facilities: ensure studios are clean, well‑presented, and stocked with supplies.
  • Manage relationships with landlords, cleaners, utilities, and service providers.
  • Coordinate repairs, deliveries, and general upkeep.
  • Oversee security, access, and health & safety compliance at both sites.
Team Administration
  • Maintain staff records including holidays, sick days, and absences.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes (IT, equipment, studio access).
  • Manage the studio diary and internal scheduling as required.
  • Assist with internal comms and team updates.
Founder Support (Light PA Duties)
  • Manage diary scheduling for founders where needed.
  • Book travel and accommodation.
  • Provide ad hoc personal assistance including expenses, reservations, and admin support.
Project Logistics & Coordination
  • Lead logistics for UK and international brand projects, including shoots and events.
  • Source, book, and manage travel, accommodation, couriers, and on‑site needs.
  • Support coordination of The OWN Studio’s New York pop‑up and other international activations.
  • Manage shipping of samples and collections for shoots, events, and PR opportunities.
General Operations
  • Act as a first point of contact for external enquiries, suppliers, and partners.
  • Support the founders and wider team with operational projects as needed.
  • Ensure smooth flow of information between office and atelier.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining an organised, positive, and supportive workplace culture.
Candidate Profile
  • Highly organised, proactive, and solutions‑focused.
  • Prior experience as an Office Manager, Studio Manager, or Team Coordinator in fashion, creative industries, or luxury preferred.
  • Strong multitasker with ability to prioritise and manage multiple moving parts.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanour.
  • Comfortable managing relationships with external suppliers and internal teams.
  • Flexible and resilient, able to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Interest in luxury fashion, bridal, or creative industries is a plus.
What We Offer
  • The opportunity to play a central role in the operations of a cult luxury fashion brand.
  • A dynamic and creative studio environment in Shoreditch.
  • Competitive salary with room to grow as the business expands.
