Job Description
  • Control numbering, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or hard‑copy documentation produced by technical teams.
  • Submit documentation into the client EDMS in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain Document Control trackers and Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDPs).
  • Provide EDMS support for projects and departments.
  • Conduct QA (Quality Assurance) document checking.
  • Manage EDMS workflows, access rights and distributions.
  • Assist in preparing and managing documentation internally or via subcontractors.
  • Train project personnel in system use and document control procedures.
Key Skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder influence at all levels.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail, capable of planning and prioritising workload.
  • Experience in large project environments with multiple stakeholders, preferably in construction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and familiarity with EDMS software such as Asite, M‑files, Maxinet.
