Executive Assistant - Financial Services

Meraki Talent is partnering with a Financial Services firm, looking for a proactive and experienced Executive Assistant to support the senior leadership team.
This role is suited to an organisation and corporate Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced financial services environment. You will have the ability to work in a demanding environment, with excellent time management and coordination skills across international time zones, working collaboratively with global EAs across the business.
Executive Assistant duties:- Providing high-level executive support to senior stakeholders
- Complex diary management across multiple time zones, ensuring priorities are met and conflicts resolved
- Coordinating extensive international travel, including multi-stop itineraries across Europe, the USA, and Asia
- Managing visa applications and ensuring compliance with international travel requirements
- Handling expense management, including reconciliation, tracking, and timely submission
- Preparing documents, reports, and briefing packs ahead of meetings and presentations
- Organising and supporting meetings, including agenda preparation, materials, and follow-ups
- Assisting with internal events and team socials
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience working as an Executive Assistant, must have worked in Financial Services
- Proven expertise in diary management for senior executives in a global environment
- Demonstrated experience arranging complex international travel and visa applications
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
