Temporary Buying Admin Assistant – 3 Months
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Pay: £14.80 per hour
Location:
Hybrid – 4 days office-based, 1 day remote

Key Responsibilities- Generate weekly trade reports to track department performance and stock levels
- Prepare event performance reports, highlighting key insights and identifying opportunities and risks
- Coordinate daily pricing activities, manage uploads and requests, ensuring accuracy in Just In data
- Run Sell Thru Performance reports and collaborate with Merchandisers to identify actionable insights by brand, category, and PID
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel knowledge, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot tables
- Team player with excellent relationship‑building skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to use initiative efficiently
- Excellent work ethic and multitasking abilities
- Professional demeanor with strong communication skills
