Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity to support a senior People leader within a fast-paced, global organisation.
This is a high-profile, demanding PA role suited to someone confident, resilient and commercially minded, who thrives in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
You will be based in the office 5 days a week.
You’ll be part of a collaborative and energetic PA team, working at the heart of the business and supporting a leader with a broad and strategic remit.
The Role- Provide high-level, proactive PA support to the Chief People Officer
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper, managing priorities, diaries and sensitive communications
- Operate confidently across time zones and during international travel
- Anticipate needs, solve problems and keep everything running seamlessly
- Build strong relationships across the People function and wider business
- Handle operational tasks including POs, office coordination and ad-hoc support
- Manage confidential and sensitive matters with discretion
- Proven experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership
- Background in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Proactive, confident and highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communicator and natural relationship builder
- Resilient, adaptable and comfortable with reactive workloads
- Discreet, trustworthy and professional at all times
