Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Virtual Assistant/ Remote Admin
Location: Greater London
What is the opportunity?
To provide high quality assistance to the Global Equities business teams through the coordination, execution and implementation of procedures within the business and provide EA support to allocated leaders.
RBC’s expectation is that all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements.
What will you do?- Facilitate the booking of business travel and agendas and process expense claims, expense reports and visa applications as required.
- Maintain RBCs contact and CRM relationship management system and assist staff as required.
- Provide administrative support to include: answering phones, reserving conference rooms, facilitating special printing requirements and assist with meeting room catering requirements and handling ad hoc requests from the team.
- Provide assistance with producing or enhancing correspondence and comments such as presentations, spreadsheets or reports as required.
- Provide assistance with desk moves, new joiners and team changes, as required.
- Manage the entertainment events and prepare the appropriate request forms and client details required.
- Book the teams annual holidays in ADP and report absences Assist with special project requests as needed to support the evolving platform.
- Experience of front office support is essential
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team setting
- Proven ability to work and communicate with varying levels of seniority
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel and Power Point
- Strong organisational, follow through, attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple administrative tasks in a high paced, stressful environment
- Ability to take initiative, function independently, unsupervised and work as a team player
- Preferred experience in Financial Markets environment
- Knowledge of Equities business highly desirable
