They operate across several specialist areas, including underwriting in niche markets, commercial business lines, and reinsurance, offering a stimulating and globally connected environment. The role is to provide high – level support to two exceptionally busy senior leaders who have worked within the industry for a long time.

Summary of

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex diaries and inboxes for Senior Leadership with strong discretion, prioritisation, and anticipation of needs.
  • Coordinate communications, meetings, travel, expenses, and events; prepare agendas, papers, reports, and presentations.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supporting cross-team projects and acting as a trusted partner.
  • Oversee exec budgets, support team operations, manage new‑starter setup, and provide cover for other EAs.
  • Handle sensitive information confidentially and ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Skills & Experience
  • Extensive EA experience in fast‑paced, global environments.
  • Expert calendar management, negotiation, event planning, and project coordination.
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; excellent organisation, adaptability, and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to support senior executives with complex diary/inbox management and deliver under tight deadlines.
