- Tracking actions, projects, and deadlines to ensure the Chairman is always fully briefed.
- Supporting strategic proposals, executive presentations, and high‑level correspondence.
- Maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times.

, with the ability to respond to changing priorities and international time zones. - Outstanding organisational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- A polished, confident presence with senior leaders and government‑level stakeholders.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to relocate to Dubai and be fully office‑based.
- 8–15 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff–style support to a Chairman or UHNWI.
- Strong track record managing international calendars, high‑level stakeholders, and confidential matters.
- Experience coordinating international travel, board meetings, and high‑profile engagements.
- Background in family office, investment, private equity, sovereign wealth fund, or similar environments is strongly preferred.
- Equivalent UK salary: £100,000–£120,000
