The OpportunityWe are looking for an Office Manager & HR Administrator to own the operational backbone of our people, recruitment, and office environment.
This role exists to remove administrative load from senior operators and ensure that recruitment, onboarding, HR processes, and office operations run cleanly, consistently, and without friction.
You will act as the operational front door for recruitment administration, people operations, and office management. You will not be responsible for hiring decisions, performance management, or strategy.
This is a high‑trust, detail‑driven role for someone who takes pride in keeping systems clean, calendars aligned, documents current, and processes moving without escalation.
What You Will Do Recruitment & Talent OperationsOwn the end‑to‑end recruitment administration process across all roles, from job posting through to offer, contracts, and pre‑start readiness.
Coordinate candidate communications, interview scheduling, ATS accuracy, reference checks, and documentation to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.
Ensure all onboarding documentation and compliance checks are completed ahead of start dates, delivering a professional, consistent candidate experience.
HR & People OperationsMaintain accurate and up‑to‑date people records, including leave, sickness, attendance, probation tracking, and review timelines.
Act as the first point of contact for day‑to‑day HR queries, documentation requests, and policy clarification.
Manage onboarding and offboarding administration, ensuring checklists, access, folders, and equipment processes are completed correctly and on time.
Ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office, including supplies, facilities coordination, and general administration.
Act as the internal point of contact for building management and operational suppliers.
Maintain equipment logs, key records, supplier details, invoices, and other operational tasks that would otherwise interrupt senior focus.
Compliance & Document ControlMaintain clean, organised, and accessible HR and operational documentation across shared drives.
Ensure document version control is followed and only approved, current templates are used.
Coordinate contracts, signatures, right‑to‑work checks, and background or compliance checks as required.
Internal Coordination & Administrative FlowManage calendars, scheduling, and internal coordination to prevent clashes and delays.
