Private assistant

This is a part-time, on-site position supporting a private household in Highgate, North London (N6). The Private Assistant will provide comprehensive support across all household operations. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks and correspondence, organising schedules and appointments, meal planning and cooking, grocery shopping and household errands, coordinating with tradespeople and service providers, and overseeing general household management. The ideal candidate will bring initiative, discretion, and a proactive approach to anticipating household needs.

• Right to work in the UK
• Proven experience in a similar role within a private household, family office, or high-level PA position
• Valid UK driving licence and own transport preferred
• Knowledge of dietary requirements or specialist cooking skills
• First aid certification
