Our Anabas Welcome division is currently recruiting for a Front of House Receptionist to join our team at a prestigious client in the property management sector, based in Green Park, London.

Employment:
Full-Time | 35 hours per week, shifts between 07:00–15:00 or 11:00-19:00 (1 hour unpaid lunch break).

Salary: £32,978.19 per annum

• Warmly welcome and greet all visitors in a professional and personable manner
• Efficiently and courteously handle all incoming calls for the client’s business
• Respond to queries while strictly adhering to security protocols
• Arrange transport and travel facilities, including taxis and local travel
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery

• Proven experience as a receptionist in a corporate office environment, ideally serving high-end clientele
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in both fast-paced and calm environments, maintaining high service standards and working in a team, while managing multiple tasks
