About The DepartmentOur Office Services team in London plays a vital role in delivering a professional and seamless front of house experience. They provide essential logistical support for meetings, interviews, and events alongside Facilities and IT. The team works collaboratively to create a welcoming and efficient environment for both employees and guests.
How You Will Add Value- Manage meeting room bookings and set-up
- Coordinate catering with the Day Porter and assist with orders
- Liaise with Building Reception for visitor access
- Greet visitors and notify their host
- Support desk/office bookings via Skedda
- Handle incoming calls and external switchboard
- Issue passes for new joiners, visitors, and contractors
- Help create permits in the landlord system
- Support internal and external events
- Maintain the post room list
- Book and code taxis and couriers
- Process and code invoices
