Your role will involve greeting guests, managing meeting rooms, stock control, handling both incoming and outgoing mail, dealing with POs, basic office maintenance/facilities management and other general queries.

The working hours for this role are either 7:30 am – 4:30 pm, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm on a rota basis and will be fully office based.

Responsibilities
  • Ownership for the delivery of outstanding customer service at all times to both external and internal customers. Providing a first‑class service with a "can do" attitude at all times.
  • Develop an understanding of all mail room services to include the processing and distribution of emails and physical inbound/outbound mail.
  • Liaise with 3rd party service providers to ensure hygienic cleaning, monitoring and reporting is carried out.
  • Liaise with third‑party suppliers regarding both planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Complete daily floor walk checks and activities as well as providing general maintenance to a high standard.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety checks and address any potential hazards.
Essential
  • Previous experience in a Front of House, Customer Service and Workplace Facilities role.
  • Be highly organised and be able to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
  • Maintain high standards of performance by identifying and creating self‑development opportunities.
  • Excellent Customer Service is essential.
  • Communication skills both verbal and written are essential for this role.
  • A high level of computer literacy is essential.
Desirable
  • Previous experience in a corporate/office environment.
