Executive Assistant in Private Equity

Location: 5 days in their amazing new offices in Mayfair, London
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + incredible bonuses
An independent, boutique private equity firm is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support a small senior leadership team (3–5 executives). This is a high‑trust, high‑impact role within a lean, entrepreneurial business that is scaling rapidly.
Currently a close‑knit team of 7, the firm plans to double in size in the next two years. This role is ideal for an EA who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys variety, and is comfortable combining executive support with office management and personal PA duties. It also offers the chance to get involved in exciting dynamic projects.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-end diary management, travel coordination, meeting logistics, and inbox management
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including UHNW / VIP clients, with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Support transaction-heavy workflows: scheduling diligence calls, managing documentation, and preparing meeting materials and presentations
- Handle office management duties including vendor coordination, facilities, supplies, and general operations
- Provide ad hoc personal PA support, including concierge‑style arrangements and private logistics
- Create high‑quality PowerPoint presentations and maintain trackers and reports in Excel
- Leverage AI and productivity tools to improve efficiency and workflow
- Manage events, such as client events, golf days, summer events, Christmas party, and annual ski trip
- At least 5 years’ experience as an EA/Senior EA within private equity, hedge funds, finance, or a similar environment
- Advanced Outlook diary management skills; strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
- Familiarity with senior stakeholders and UHNW individuals; hospitality or concierge‑style experience highly advantageous
- Exceptionally organised, detail‑oriented, and calm under pressure
- Discreet, proactive, resilient, and solutions‑focused
- Comfortable working in a small, growing firm where priorities evolve and ownership is encouraged
- Polished, professional, and highly presentable
- Naturally organised with strong judgement and integrity
- Anticipates needs and executes seamlessly
- Confident, personable, bubbly, and with a great sense of humour
