C&C Search is currently recruiting a Private Assistant within the CEO Office

for an international real estate firm.

Junior PA

Salary:

£35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)

Hybrid set up:

4 days a week in London Office, may need to work in Oxfordshire home 1-2 days a week

Key responsibilities for this Private Assistant position:
  • Work closely with the Senior PA and support the CEO primarily across personal/private matters
  • Manage complex diaries, schedules and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings, events and projects end‑to‑end, ensuring impeccable logistics and follow‑through.
  • Run personal errands and provide proactive day‑to‑day private support as needed.
  • Travel to the Principal’s home in Oxfordshire approximately one day per week (a full UK driving license is essential).
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Prior experience in an administrative, PA or coordination role; ideal for an early‑career professional (e.g. a graduate) seeking their second position.
  • Confident driver with a full UK driving license (essential).
  • Outstanding organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, a proactive, positive approach and sound judgement.
  • High levels of integrity, confidentiality and service orientation.
