On behalf of our esteemed client in the financial services sector, we are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Executive Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization at the forefront of its industry, contributing directly to its strategic success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Executive Leadership Team, managing schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and meeting materials, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate and attend executive meetings, managing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the executives with professionalism.
  • Proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions to optimize the executives time and effectiveness.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives, ideally within the financial services sector.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A proactive and resourceful attitude, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
