We are looking for a Receptionist / Community Coordinator to join the Rapport team at our client’s offices near Paddington. The client is an American global media, marketing and corporate communications holding company, and you will play a crucial role in supporting the different parts of the business including Reception services, Reservations, Building Services and Events.

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM – 6 PM with some flexibility as per business needs)

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform day‑to‑day reception and admin duties.
  • Liaise with vendors and assist the teams permanently based in the building.
  • Manage the meeting room bookings and visitor registration.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Coordinator on different facility tasks.
  • Work closely with other service providers (security/cleaners) to maintain the building and service levels at a high standard.
  • Take on ad‑hoc tasks outlined by your manager and the client.
The ideal candidate will
