Key Objectives
  • Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
  • Maintain data quality and consistency across multiple platforms.
  • Support various departments by providing timely and reliable data entry services.
  • Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data records.
Responsibilities
  • Enter data from various sources into company databases with high accuracy.
  • Review and verify data for completeness and correctness before submission.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve data processes.
  • Generate reports and assist with data retrieval as needed.
  • Perform routine backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to data management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
