Key Objectives- Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
- Maintain data quality and consistency across multiple platforms.
- Support various departments by providing timely and reliable data entry services.
- Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data records.
- Enter data from various sources into company databases with high accuracy.
- Review and verify data for completeness and correctness before submission.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve data processes.
- Generate reports and assist with data retrieval as needed.
- Perform routine backups to ensure data preservation.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to data management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
