Part-Time Bookkeeper; Bi

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage our finances on a bi-weekly basis. You will work one full day every two weeks to maintain up-to-date records, manage upcoming payments, and ensure our financial data is current. This role bridges the gap between daily data entry and month-end reporting, providing the business with consistent financial clarity.

• Bi-Weekly Reconciliations:
  Categorize all transactions and reconcile bank/credit card feeds since the last session.
• Accounts Payable (AP):
  Review all pending bills, flag upcoming due dates, and prepare a 'Payment Run' for approval.
• Accounts Receivable (AR):
  Monitor outstanding customer invoices and send polite reminders for overdue payments.
• Expense Management:
  Review employee expense claims and ensure all digital receipts are attached to the corresponding transactions.
• Data Integrity:
  Identify missing information or uncategorized transactions and resolve them with the management team.

• Frequency: 1 day (8 hours) every alternating week.
• Timing:
  We prefer a consistent schedule but can be flexible.

  Hybrid - In-Office / Remote.

Salary: £12.5 – £17.5 hourly
