We are looking for an English and Korean speaking Exhibitor Relations Assistant to join us. Within this role you will support the Exhibitor Relations Managers to carry out tasks for and manage relationships with exhibiting galleries for the Frieze fairs.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities- Support Fair Managers and wider team in carrying out necessary tasks to produce Frieze fairs, working closely with exhibiting galleries and other departments within the company.
- Provide support to galleries in regard to all aspects of their participation in the fairs.
- Update gallery information and maintain systems, such as Frieze Portal and CRM database.
- Support on the launch of the gallery platforms with the fair managers and wider team, i.e., Exhibitor Manual.
- Coordinate exhibitor correspondence.
- Support exhibitors with enquiries including shipping, storage, cleaning, passes etc.
- Maintain high quality customer service on all fair delivery aspects.
- Oversee gallery enquiries and monitor gallery online submissions.
- Coordinate Frieze Viewing Room gallery participation with Digital Team and On View on
- Provide and request exhibitor information as needed.
- Supply information to be included in promotional material for the fairs.
- Liaise with the Content/ Press/Marketing teams to ensure visibility and accuracy of gallery information across our platforms.
- Prepare exhibitor resources to be used at the fair, such as Welcome Guide and Exhibitor's Whats App.
- Set up site for exhibitors.
- Oversee Exhibitor’s Desk throughout the fair and work with temporary staff.
- Answer exhibitor queries and coordinate services onsite.
- Prepare onsite materials and equipment for the Exhibitor’s Desk.
- Input and update exhibitor data.
- Produce reports and analysis for the team.
- Maintain exhibitor platforms.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills in both English and Korean.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage your time well and comfortable working to tight deadlines.
- Able to multi‑task and collaborate in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable and competent in a client‑facing role.
- Art world experience / knowledge.
- Experience with Microsoft software and database CRM.
