Inventory Clerk - Deptford

• Collect keys from estate agents / gain access to properties
• Compile reports on property conditions along with lists of their furnishings on computer tablet.
• Taking photographs in properties
• Taking meter readings in properties
• Meeting tenants/landlords if required
• Discuss findings with tenants/landlords if required

• Excellent communication skills
• A good eye for detail
• Punctual with good time and self‑management skills
• Reliable
• Smartly dressed, professional appearance
• Confidence and ability to work alone.
