Part Time Bookkeeper- Fashion Brand

Overview

We’re looking for a Bookkeeper to join a warm and vibrant fashion head office. This role will be approx 4-5 hours a day, 5 days a week, in London. The role combines financial accuracy with seamless office operations, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, creative environment. Both Full-time & Part-time options will be considered.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience required
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records
• Manage expenses correctly and efficiently
• Prepare financial reports
• Manage wholesale invoices and payments
• Ensure smooth policies and procedures within Head Office
• Keep the office running smoothly, from supplies to travel arrangements to team events

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant bookkeeping role
• Proficiency in Xero and solid knowledge of UK financial compliance
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Professional, discreet, and adaptable – with a can-do attitude
• Experience in the fashion or creative industry is a plus
