A well-established mid-tier accountancy practice (300+ staff) in Central London is recruiting an experienced Audit Supervisor to join their growing audit team. This is a high-quality, partner-led environment with a diverse client base spanning commercial and not-for-profit sectors.

The Audit Supervisor Role

Lead audit engagements, manage client relationships, and develop junior team members. You'll work across a broad mix of clients while collaborating closely with managers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, lead, and complete audit engagements in line with ISA standards
  • Prepare and review statutory accounts under UK GAAP/FRS

  • Manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations
  • Supervise and review audit trainees' work
  • Support staff development and contribute to performance evaluations
  • Ensure high-quality delivery across your portfolio
What You'll Need
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (ideally with first-time passes)
  • Strong audit background gained in UK practice
  • Experience leading audits both on-site and remotely
  • Confident supervising juniors and managing client communication
  • Strong organisational, planning, and delegation skills
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines
