Location: Greater London
Global Accounting Network is partnering with a dynamic organisation in the sports sector to appoint an experienced Year-End Accountant on a 3-month interim basis. This role will take ownership of the year-end close and lead the production of statutory accounts, while supporting the business through its external audit in April.
Key responsibilities- Lead preparation of year-end financial statements.
- Manage the close process and supporting schedules.
- Liaise with auditors and resolve queries.
- Ensure technical accounting compliance.
- Support finance leadership during audit period.
- Proven year-end and audit support experience.
- Strong technical accounting skills.
- Able to start within 1–2 weeks.
- Experience in sport, media, or entertainment desirable, but not essential.
- Able to work 3 days a week in their South London office.
