Role Description

This is a full-time,
primarily remote role for a Finance, Accounting & Compliance Executive
, supporting the company’s accounting, financial administration, and regulatory compliance activities. The position involves maintaining accurate financial and company records, coordinating statutory and compliance requirements, and supporting smooth day-to-day business operations, with in-person meetings required approximately once per month
.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain bookkeeping and expense records

  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and supplier reconciliations
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable balances
  • Support VAT and accounting submissions with external accountants
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting and account reconciliations
  • Maintain financial records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
  • Manage Companies House and company compliance filings
  • Maintain organised company and product records
  • Review contracts and highlight key points when required
  • Support operational and administrative business processes
Qualifications
  • Understanding of Regulatory Compliance and related processes and standards
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business studies, or a related field is preferred
