Qualified Accountant - Client Manager Barber McLelland is working in partnership with a leading Doncaster firm of chartered accountants who are recruiting an experienced practice accountant for the position of Client Manager. The firm supports a wide range of clients across the region, providing these clients with a full range of accounting, business advisory and taxation services. Duties and Responsibilities Working alongside a highly experienced team of accountants and supporting a Director, the role of Client Manager will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, duties will include:
Responsible for a varied client portfolio of small to medium-sized owner-managed businesses Preparation of Statutory Accounts Preparation of Management Accounts Supervise and provide training and guidance for a select number of trainee accountants Review work prepared by accounts team Key point of contact for clients for queries and support Preparation of Management Information Preparation of personal and corporate tax returns Provide commercial business support Skills and Qualities The successful candidate will ideally be qualified ACA/ACCA or qualified by experience with a minimum of 6 year’s experience working within a firm of accountants.

Individuals must have developed a broad range of experience within statutory and management accounting along with experience in dealing with clients directly. Remuneration Base salary of between £45,000 - £50,000 Flexible Working Hours Enhanced Holiday package Parking
