Accountancy Practice - Audit Senior​/Supervisor

This prominent and well-funded practice has built an impressive reputation across Kent and London, with strong commercial links into the capital and a client portfolio that includes dynamic owner-managed businesses, established corporate groups, and clients with turnovers approaching £100 million. Due to continued growth and significant investment in the firm’s future, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Audit Senior / Supervisor to play a key role within their expanding audit team.

The Opportunity Joining a modern and forward-thinking practice, you will:
Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion Supervise, mentor and review the work of junior team members Prepare statutry accounts and associated corporation tax computations Liaise directly with clients, building strong and lasting relationships Work with a varied and technically interesting portfolio, including larger and more complex entities Support partners and senior management on ad hoc projects and advisory work

The Ideal Candidate The firm is seeking a technically capable and commercially aware professional who can demonstrate: ACA or ACCA qualification (or finalist nearing completion) Strong external audit experience within a UK accountancy practice Experience leading audits and supervising junior staff Solid knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS 102 Confident client-facing skills and the ability to build credibility quickly A proactive and career-driven mindset Experience working with larger corporate clients or groups would be advantageous.
