A leading finance recruitment agency is seeking a Temporary Property Accountant in London for an initial period of 6 months. The ideal candidate will possess a qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, along with experience in property accounting and service charge accounting. The role involves supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual service charge accounting as well as being the main contact for property accounting across the portfolio.
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with property management systems are essential.
