Rawlinson & Hunter LLP is seeking motivated and ambitious graduates to join our ATT/EA Student Accountant programme in August 2026. This opportunity is ideal for those who aspire to build a long‑term career in UK/US Tax within our award‑winning firm based in our office in central London.

About our ATT/EA programmeYou will take part in a comprehensive, structured training programme that supports you through your Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) qualification while providing the practical experience needed to progress towards becoming a qualified Taxation Technician. You will also study towards the Enrolled Agent (EA) qualification to become fully qualified in US Taxation, making you a ‘dual handler’. We are committed to long term career development and many of our Student Accountants remain with us beyond qualification, advancing into management and leadership positions.
Whatyou will do
As an ATT/EA Student Accountant, you will have the opportunity to help deliver an exceptional service to our first‑class and diverse client portfolio. You will work on exciting projects, develop and broaden your technical skills, as well as gain valuable insight of working in a leading tax advisory and accountancy practice. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with clients across various sectors such as technology, luxury retail, motor sport and performance engineering as well as arts and antiquities.
Whatwe are looking for
- An undergraduate degree awarded at 2:1 level (or equivalent qualification)
- Three A-Levels (or equivalent) at grades A-C
- GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths at grades 9-6
- A strong desire to pursue a long‑term career in tax
- Passion for numbers and excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage and communicate effectively with partners, clients and colleagues
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively
- High levels of motivation and commitment to balancing study with work.
