Junior Accounts Assistant - Law Firm

Position: Junior Accounts Assistant - Top Law Firm (Permanent)
Dawn Ellmore Employment are delighted to be assisting a long-standing client in their search for a Junior Accounts Assistant to join their team. This exceptional role will see the successful individual thrive in a well-stablished and friendly firm and secure the incredible benefits on offer!

The ideal individual would hold the AAT Level 2 however this is not essential, as you will be able to secure this during the role. You must hone an organised and professional approach along with excellent Excel capabilities and a hard-working demeaner. This role will see you work within a dynamic team and full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities:

* Providing maintenance support to the firm’s deposit accounts.

* Dealing with cash receipts and maintain the spreadsheet for cash collections.

* Providing support to the purchase ledger team.

* Bank reconciliations.

* Aiding the Accounts Lead in accounts duties.
