Description

• Accounts Receivable Assistant responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer invoices accurately and efficiently
• Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor incoming payments and ensure timely collection
• Assist with month-end closing processes related to accounts receivable
• Collaborate with internal teams to address billing queries and concerns
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Support auditors by providing necessary financial data and reports
• Contribute to process improvements within the accounting & finance team

Profile

A Successful Accounts Receivable Assistant Should Have

• Experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting role
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and colleagues
