Responsibilities- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support.
- Review audit files to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Identify and communicate audit findings and propose recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in business development activities by identifying opportunities with existing clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver comprehensive professional services.
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
- Experience in managing audit engagements and leading teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the accounting and finance industry.
- Competitive salary ranging from £53,000 to £63,000 per annum.
