Accounts Assistant

Overview

FIM (Fulcrum Infrastructure Management) is an asset management company, a subsidiary of global infrastructure fund Meridiam. This role supports its sister company, Kudos Facilities Management, as an Accounts Payable Assistant (Part time, 3 days).

• Manage purchase orders (POs) and process purchase invoices.
• Raise sales invoices and ensure onward billing of variations.
• Assist with the monthly payroll run.
• Support the financial controller with reporting and ad hoc management accounting tasks.

Ideally you have completed AAT Level 3 or 4 (not essential) and are proficient with Microsoft Excel. Bookkeeping and/or VAT/CIS legislation experience is desirable. You will have spent at least 2 years in a similar accounts or finance assistant role within a fast paced operational business. Experience with in an FM company or similar would be desirable but not essential. You will be self‑motivated, disciplined and able to manage relationships internally and externally with suppliers and contractors.
