Accountant, Senior Accountant, Tax Accountant

This role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership of a client portfolio and develop their technical and client-facing skills. You’ll be mentored by a Senior Manager and supported in progressing into a more senior client management role within the next three years.

• Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized business clients
• Prepare statutory accounts, VAT returns, and corporation tax computations
• Assist with personal tax returns and day-to-day client queries
• Liaise with HMRC and other regulatory bodies
  
  Maintain and develop strong client relationships
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff where appropriate

• Part-qualified ACCA/ACA (or equivalent)
• 2–3 years’ experience in a UK accountancy practice
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Competent in accounting software such as Xero, Quick Books, and IRIS
• Ambitious and eager to grow into a senior position

• £35,000 – £45,000 salary (depending on experience)
