Location: Greater London
GPN are delighted to be partnering with a boutique and highly successful accountancy firm in Central London who are seeking an In-House Bookkeeper to work exclusively on one of their long-standing entertainment agency clients. This is a uniquely hands‑on role where you will become the dedicated finance support for a fast‑paced, creative business within the entertainment sector. The position is fully office‑based Monday to Friday, with the possibility of some flexibility once fully embedded.

The RoleYou will take ownership of the day‑to‑day financial operations for this single client, ensuring their bookkeeping, financial records, cash flow movements and month‑end reporting are maintained to an exceptional standard. Working closely with both the accountancy firm and the agency's internal team, you will handle a variety of project‑driven transactions, multiple income streams, and high‑volume expense activity linked to campaigns, events and live entertainment projects.
Key Responsibilities- Act as co‑accountant for a major entertainment agency client
- Complete daily bank reconciliations and monitor all cash movements
- Process, code and authorise payments with accuracy and speed
- Maintain consistent financial records across multiple systems and platforms
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reporting packs
- Support project‑based accounting linked to entertainment campaigns and events
- Liaise confidently with non‑finance stakeholders, providing clear and simple explanations
- Assist with tracking revenue streams, settlements and project profitability
- 3-5+ years' bookkeeping experience within practice or industry
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, able to build trust with creatives and agents
- Advanced Excel essential (pivot tables, lookups, data matching)
- Quick Books proficiency required
- Experience in the entertainment sector highly desirable, but not essential
- Comfortable working across multiple platforms and reconciling complex income streams
- Able to manage deadlines independently and thrive in a busy, reactive environment
