We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic Finance team. If you have an eye for detail, love numbers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

• Process, review, and verify a high volume of invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
• Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain vendor relationships.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable transactions, including weekly payment runs.
• Assist with month-end close activities and provide audit support as needed.
• Maintain and organize financial documentation in line with accounting standards and company policy.
• Review and enter vendor information and expenses into the ERP system accurately.
• Support preparation of reports, journal entries, and reconciliations for the Finance Director.
• Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external accounts payable queries.
• Ensure W-9 documentation and 1099 compliance with current tax regulations.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Payroll, and Audit teams to support business operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounts payable or finance position.
• Strong knowledge of accounting procedures and ERP/accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
