We’re working with a high-growth UK B2B platform operating at the intersection of retail, performance marketing and loyalty.

The RoleThis is a 100% new business, full-cycle BDM role focused on winning UK retail partnerships.
You’ll own deals end-to-end:
- Prospecting (your own patch + black book)
- Pitching and proposal building (data-led, consultative)
- Negotiation and close
- Supporting onboarding alongside Client Success
You’ll be selling a measurable, performance-led proposition to retail brands.
Sales motion- Pure hunter role
- Average deal values ranging from around £60k but scaling up to £400k
- Consultative, multi-stakeholder sales
- Strong autonomy in how you run your pipeline, do your outreach etc
Must-haves
- 3+ years’ closing experience in a B2B environment
- Proven new business / hunter background
- Experience selling to UK retailers or card-linked offer market, or related performance marketing industries (non-negotiable)
- Comfortable prospecting and building pipeline from scratch
- Strong commercial judgement — you can spot weak and strong opportunities quickly
- Confident presenting to senior retail stakeholders

- Base salary: £60k–£70k (up to 80k for exceptional profiles with relevant industry experience)

Double base (uncapped, accelerators included) - Share options
