We are looking for an ambitious, driven, and entrepreneurial leader who will establish and scale our site, put their stamp on processes and culture, and play a critical role in our growth story.

** Key Responsibilities**- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and regulatory requirements, embedding a proactive safety-first mindset###
** Skills & Experience**- Strong people leadership skills, with experience managing, developing, and scaling teams
- Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments, ideally within E-Commerce, Retail, or FMCG
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP tools and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and change management skills; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, share ideas and drive meaningful business transformations

- Experience with compliance, Health & Safety, and regulatory requirements in warehouse/distribution center operations###
