Due to unprecedented growth in Central Ohio, the Mid-Ohio Water and Sewer District is currently seeking highly motivated candidates to fill vacant Water / Wastewater Operator role(s) with the District.

• Responsibilities include monitoring water and/or wastewater treatment plant equipment such as pumps, motors, air compressors, blowers, valves, and gates;
• Inspecting plant equipment;
• Monitoring control panels and computers to make adjustments to processes;
• Monitoring and controlling the application and supply of chemicals and other materials used in water and/or wastewater treatment;
• Collecting and analyzing water and/or wastewater samples;
• Performing preventative and minor equipment maintenance;
• Maintaining complete and accurate records.
