You’ll engage directly with customers, diagnose their sleep issues, overcome objections, and close deals on premium mattresses that deliver real results—products that optimise recovery, boost daily performance, and transform lives while commanding strong margins.

This is a true sales role: high activity, clear targets, and uncapped earning potential for those who consistently hit and exceed goals. This is not a cashier position.

• Base pay: $15 / hr
• Monthly performance:
  Up to $500 (tied to achievable sales targets)
• Per‑sale SPIFFs:
  Extra cash on every mattress sold
• Uncapped commission structure – your income scales directly with your results

• Intensive, hands‑on sales training from proven high‑volume closers – no mattress experience needed
• A high‑demand product category: everyone needs sleep, and customers actively seek solutions for better recovery and peak performance

• Proven ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections, and close sales aggressively
• Competitive mindset with a relentless drive to hit targets in Individual fast‑paced, high‑intensity environment
• Passion for mastering product knowledge, sleep science, and how quality rest fuels performance and recovery
• Professional presentation, confident demeanor, and high energy(Paint)
• Reliable personal transportation to rotate between London, Somerset, and olympi locations
• Physical capability to demonstrate mattresses and assist with osmness light lifting or movement in the showroom
