You will support the Head Chef in managing the kitchen, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cleanliness while fostering a friendly and professional atmosphere. You will also be responsible for training and coaching your team, ensuring they reach their full potential.

You will champion Heritage, Authenticity, and Quality, preparing and serving high‑quality handmade Italian dishes, from artisan pastas to fresh ingredients. You will assist in managing food orders, maintaining stock levels, and upholding Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards across the kitchen.

• Hardworking, professional Sous Chef with exceptional culinary skills.
• Passionate about Italian cuisine and delivering top‑quality dishes.
• Previous experience in team training and management within a professional kitchen.
• Holds a minimum Level 2 Health & Safety and Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Strong work ethic, flexibility, and ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
• Italian‑speaking is advantageous but not essential.
